A sloping back yard with a freeform pool set into the high side. The interesting work here is structural: a segmental block retaining wall carries the terrace level where the lot falls away, so the deck sits flat and the lawn below it runs clean to the property line.
Beds were cut against the house and along the walk, planted and mulched, with an arborvitae row screening the neighboring lot. Turf covers the rest of the property to a post-and-rail line at the rear.
Documented in one flight on 12 June 2026, after completion, so there is no before set for this one, and the sheet does not pretend otherwise.
