Questions we get asked

Is it free?
Yes. Creating a design costs nothing, and sending it to BDS commits you to nothing.
Does it replace a site visit?
No. A design is a concept to help you picture the project. BDS still walks the property, checks the grade, drainage and access, and bases your estimate on that visit.
What happens to my photo?
It is used to create your design. Location data inside the photo is removed on your phone or computer before it is uploaded. Once you have given your details, BDS can see your photo and designs as you make them, so the team can help with your project. A design you never send to BDS is deleted, with its photo, after 30 days; one you send is kept with your inquiry. The privacy policy has the details.
